The full policy
This is the plain-English version for creators. The binding terms are in Payouts & Withdrawals — that page is authoritative if anything here differs from it.
Payouts are still in testing
Withdrawals are not yet available. Do not treat a token balance as a promise of cash redemption or payout income. See Payouts & Withdrawals §1.
Who can withdraw
No account holder can currently request a withdrawal. Existing balances and legacy records remain preserved as token balances. See Payouts & Withdrawals §2.
Future payout methods
No payout method or local-currency conversion is currently promised. The internal accounting anchor is 100 Tokens = $1; it is not a withdrawal rate. See Payouts & Withdrawals §3.
Future availability, if introduced, will be documented here.
Verification comes first
No withdrawal verification workflow is currently available. Any future requirements will be published before the feature is enabled — see Payouts & Withdrawals §5.
Minimum balance
No minimum withdrawable balance is currently defined because withdrawals are not available. See Payouts & Withdrawals §8.
Transfer fee, GST, and what actually lands in your account
No withdrawal fee, tax calculation, or net payout is promised at this stage. Future checkout or payout screens will be authoritative for the transaction they quote. See also GST and tax on your payouts.
Timelines
No payout timeline is currently offered. See Payouts & Withdrawals §9.
If a payout fails or is returned
There is no payout workflow to fail or return at present. Any future implementation will define its failure handling before it becomes available. See Payouts & Withdrawals §10.
Holds and declines
A payout can be delayed, held, reduced, or declined where Saathum reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, sanctions exposure, or a breach of the Terms of Service — or where law or a payment partner requires it. Amounts you owe, such as a reversed transaction, can also be set off against a pending payout. See Payouts & Withdrawals §11.
